CitITY OF SPAS
If you’re looking to spend some time in a historic thermal bath you have plenty of options. The iconic yellow arcades of the Széchenyi Baths create a relaxing atmosphere to indulge for an afternoon. Be a part of history as you have a spa day in one of the remaining relics from the Turkish occupation. Széchenyi also hosts weekend night blowouts (spartys). You can find Gellért Baths and Rudas Baths, notable for its modern design and a rooftop pool, within a 10-minute walk of each other on the Buda side. A day ticket with cabin usage for these baths averages out to 6500 HUF (22€).
Less Expensive Options—There are simpler baths off the tourist radar, and sometimes they can be half the price. For a more reserved glamour and a smaller price tag, check out Király or Lukács Baths. A day ticket with cabin usage for these baths averages out to 5600 HUF (20€).
